The bag can be machine washed at 30 degrees, preferably using a short program. Always wash your bags separately from other fabrics. It's best to limit washing as much as possible to avoid wearing down the fabric. Additionally, we suggest using a washing bag to preserve the material's quality and prevent synthetic fibres from breaking off and ending up in the wastewater.

GusGus applies mindfulness across all levels of its existence and operations. Therefore, all products are made by order, and sent into production on a weekly basis. Depending on our supply partners, our standard processing times are 3–4 weeks. Still, please keep in mind that processing times can sometimes take slightly longer than expected, so please do not place orders with us for last-minute gifts / presents to avoid potential disappointments 😌

Once the products arrive in our Copenhagen Studio, we get them ready for delivery. Our team will notify you when the goods are eager to getting dispatched. We currently only ship within Europe (EU+ states), and your GusGus gear should be with you within 3–5 working days. For UK orders, and newly enforced Brexit-related laws / regulations, your order might be subject to custom charges that you have to handle directly with the authorities. Once your package has left our space, we have no control over the shipment process. You can follow the progress via tracking link, and contact the courier if you need further information / assistance.

We all know that opinions, needs and budgets can change. Therefore, we accept exchanges on any product that is unworn / unused within 7 days after you've received it. Whilst we exchange products for different sizes, we don't allow colour-based swaps. In case your desired replacement gear is unavailable, we offer full refunds (except shipping costs). Additionally, in case you should decide to return a product, all reverse logistic fees need to be covered by yourself.
